Not quite Aiki,I have no idea why this is... Actually, its not so much a dfficulty of sleeping. It the unwillingness to do so...sigh...

Great sex then Cammomile tea or Holicks; no computer or tv though before bed.From someone who suffered with Insomnia for years.
